EAD Question???

I Filed my 485 in Jan 01. ND is Jan 17. I did not filed my AD along with my 485 application. I am on H1 and it will expire on Nov. 2003. Can I file AD now? If yes, can I do it with local INS office or I have to send a form to SC?

Yes. You can file your EAD separately. Ensure that you send all the necessary papers including the I-485 receipt notice as part of your list.
