My EAD RD is May 06,2001, ND June 01,2001. Current EAD expiring on Aug.18th,2001.
In case I don\'t get an approval by Aug.18th, I would like to take advantage of >90 pending. Do they count >90 from RD or ND? Plz. share..Thanx
