EAD Question

Is there a limit on how long can it take for EAD to get approved? If the EAD is not approved within 3 months, can something be done to get a temporary EAD?

I think EAD usually takes 2 - 3 months.. after which probably you can call and ask the service center to expedite the process.

Not sure if a temporary EAD card provision exists.

Experienced members input would be helpful based on their experiences.
