EAD Question

My wife is currently on H4. I will be doing my concurrent filing shortly. I have some basic questions on EAD.

How soon can she get an EAD once we do the concurrent filing?
Can we file for EAD along with I140/485? Or do we have to wait for some specified amount of time?
Is there a separate form for EAD?

You can apply concurrently for the EAD as well by filing form I765. You do'nt have to wait until I140/485 are filed.

After filing, if you don't receive your EADs in 90 days, then you can visit your local USCIS office and get a temp. EAD.
