EAD question

My EAD and AP has been approved but not I-140. If I use my EAD and my i-140 gets denied,do I become out of status.

YES,then u will have to come back on h1b and that h1b would be count against h1b quota as well as u will have to be out of country for some time ( i think 1 year), that is too risky, i have been trhinking and talking to people all the time about it and conclusion is to wait till u get i-140 approved, i am sure my i-140 will be approved by year 2050 and then i can happily use my ead with ac21 law
