An interim EAD needs to be renewed every year if I765 hasnt yet been approved. Correct?

If I765 is approved, then does EAD also needs to be renew every year?

Interim EADs (I-EAD) are usually valid for 3-9 months. If you don't get a EAD within the expiry date of IEAD, you can get another IEAD, provided you don't have an RFE.

Yes EADs will be valid for a year. It it always a better idea to apply for the renewal 3 months prior to the EAD expiration.
