What is the criteria for approval if EAD? I have I140 approved. If I file I485 along with EAD/AP, will I get EAD approval for sure? I know I-458 will take more than two years to process. How long will it take to get a EAD approval?

Your 140 is approved and after that approval you will definately have your EAD approved. I haven't heard any denied case after 140 approved and 485 pending.

Time to prcess depends up on your Service center. You can check the time log in USCIS processing time on the home page of this website for your center.

I-140 approval does not have anything to do with EAD. Well it should be filed and on record and so should be I-485

My I-140 and I-485are pending but I got my EAD a month ago.
