Ead Question, Please Help

My friend is working on EAD. Her EAD expires on June 15. She has not yet applied her EAD renewal. She will apply it today or tomorrow. Can she legally work now? Any legal problems for her?

Please, help.

NO WAY..

You cannot work unless you have a valid EAD. Receipt notice does not help...

she need to take unpaid vacation !!!
For gods sake all that time and now she rememberd !!!
Many people faced this issue before , the best thing to do talk to the employer take unpaid vacation, and keep working with no salary and when she get the EAN renewal , if the employer is nice , the employer can pay back as bonus pay as extra hours. But becarefull this is important , she should not work and no payment stubs till she get EAD.

If you are in Boston area then she can go to local office and have her EAD immediately. I am not sure if the INS has stopped issuing EAD at local center. You can call at Boston local office and check it.
