My wife is on L2 and she is currently using her L2 EAD. Now we have applied for GC and in the process we received EAD based on GC process. Now if my wife uses her GC based EAD does she loses her L2 status? Secondly if she uses her GC EAD does she need to apply for AP? What happens to my status can i continue on my L1?
