EAD question pl. help me!

Hello all,

My I 140 got approved on april 11. I applied for EAD on feb 9th 05. and my EAD and my husband EAD will expire by may 5th. what happens if we don't get EAD by that time. my H1 is still valid till sept. and my husbands H1 expired couple of months ago.

what is the procedure for Interim EAD.

Intrim EAD

You can only go to local INS office after 90 days of filling your EAD.. with the EAD receipt notice...
