My company has appled for my GC. My 140 and 485 is still pending.I got EAD and AP. I just completed a project and is currently on bench. I am getting a new project but the catch is they are not willing to do Corp to corp with my company instead they want me to work on W2 with them. Now I am not sure how that 180 days ruleworks but I have completed 90 days from receivingthe receipt notice for my 140/485 filing.
Can you please help me make an informed and more safe decision.
