EAD question - Nanshi/Ginnu/all Experts please advice

Hi Nanshi/Ginnu/all Experts
I am the newest member in your family who is waiting for I-140 approval.
I140/485 cONCURRENT Eb3 - ND and RD is 05/29/2003 - EAD approved.
Received RFE on Sep-26th-2003, Replied RFE on 12/10/2003. After that nothing has happened.

However my EAD is expiring on 08/05/2004.
I need to renew my EAD.
1. Should I wait till 04/30/2004 to file I-765 with the new filing fees as I was told that would speed up the process?

2. Or do it before 04/30/2004 and save the $55 + $55( my Wife's too)??

Where did you read that I-765 application will speed up the 485 or 140. As per the latest laws and their interpretations, the concurrently filed 140 and 485 will be (or could be) approved in 90 days or 6 months ( any such time frame is a miracle).

There is no such law for I-765. Now if due to inherent irrationality of USCIS, the I-765 application may trigger approval of 140, but it will have nothing to do with 04/30/04 date.

This is my 2 cents on your case..

file it before 04/30/04 save the money and send some to me if you dont like it.

Dont spend more money on USCIS till u start seeing results!!!!!!

File now !!! Its taking more time nowadays to get EAD.!!!
