on Nov 27, the automated message says, this office requested additional documents for evidence and within 14 days if I/attorney didnot receive the letter, need to contact INS. My attorney didnot receive the letter and he contacted on sometime in 19 or 20th of Dec to INS. I also contacted on the next day to the information officer and he said, the system doesnot show up what kind of information is needed from me/attorey. But he said, he will put the note to send another copy of letter to my attorney and he asked me to wait for another 14 days. Now I am worrying generally what kind of additional evidence they will ask. Its almost more than 35 days and my attorney said, i need to wait till Janury 17 because they look for 14 businees days. Gurus, did any one having similar situation and have any idea, what type of additional evidence they ask. will it delay my I-485 process too. Some tells both are different process and I may get FP without EAD approval also. Is it correct. I think both are linked and if I dont submit the evidence required in EAD will cumulatively delayed in process of I-485. Please give more details what you think or experienced.
