I have an appointment for EAD ( I-130 case ) in Dec. I was wondering if it is possible that I go to INS center and get the EAD earlier. My center is NY city office.
Has it been 90 days since you filed your application for employment authorization??
If so you can request the INS to grant you a temporary work permit till your new one is processed. You can always request them to expedite your case for your EAD you never know
