Hi,
I received an email from the Californian Service Centre (CSC) on 21 October to say that my work permit had been approved and that I should expect to receive it within 14 days. It still has not arrived. I called customer services and they said I had to allow the postal service 30 days, not 14. It still did not arrive, I called again and they said that they would put in a reminder and that I had to give the postal serice yet another 30 days. I called again and the same story........
As the EAD card is not sent by recorded delivery, they can not tell me whether it has been lost in the post or whether that CSC have just been slow in sending it out. If I do presume it is lost I have to pay the prossessing fee again and wait another 90 days. Does anyone know how long the EAD's are taking to arrive once approved from the CSC?
