EAD processing time at NSC

I efiled EAD application on Nov 30, 2005 (RD: 11/30/2005), and have done fingerprints shortly after that, but still haven't heard anything from NSC. The new processing date shown at AILA is 12/29/2005.

NSC has claimed that the average processing date for I-765 is 37-day, but I am not so lucky and have to wait for more than 63 days by now.

Should I call for status now or I should wait until it passes 90 days?

Thanks for comments.

Spouse got approval today

Hi,
My wife got her approval today. We applied on 01/13/2006 and ND was 01/17/2006. Just now we got the approval. It took just 3 and half weeks only.
Hope this helps

kriskish,

Good to know your wife got a quick approval.

I am just not that lucky. Frustrated.

I scanned the cases around mine, and found that all I-765 cases are either approved or RFEed, BUT me! My case is left behind and got lost, I guess.

Question around the EAD application

Hi guys,
I heard when you apply EAD online, you are suppose to give biometric rather nothing needed when you apply in paper application. Is this true?

The reason i am asking is My permanent address is in Florida and I am working in NY(Client) and my company head quaters is in IL. I gave my permanent address for I485 application and each FP appointment I need to fly to florida.

Thanks in advance.

kriskish, quick question. You applied EAD through mail or online? Is this first EAD or renewal?
