EAD Problems

So I went for my infopass(May 16) after 90 days to get interm EAD card and to my suprise she told me I cannot get my card since I have been approved on May 4. I told the officer I did not recieve any notice about my card and ask her to contact NSC to see whatt is happening with the card. So she finally called them and after long conversation with INS she came bact to tell me that they do not have my fingerprints and that I have to do them again. I showed her recipt I have from March 10 when they did it. So she said there is nothing to do but to do it again and to wait until they send me the card. Anyone had similar experince with this? I really have no more patiance to sit and wait and wait.

It saddens me that you have to go through all this nonsense .I have not been through what you are going through but i know how frustrating it is to keep waiting and waiting and to run out of patience dealing with uscis.If you did your biometrics and it has not even been one year that it could expire.I believe that uscis is at fault there because you do have the notice and stamp saying that you had your biometrics done.I dont know what advise i can give except to wait and be patient with uscis even though the situation totally sucks.
