EAD problem

Please share your comments on
- If we continue on EAD (After 140 denied), How it will effect us?
- How INS will know about still we are using that?
- Do we need strictly stop working or can we stop at expiration date?

If your I-140 is denied then so is your I-485. Hence your EAD and AP are invalid.
You are no longer in Adjustment of status and you had better have an H-1B etc to work or get help finding out what else you can do.
