EAD problem

Can anybody answer what happens if we file one EAD online and other by paper. or what happens if we apply to two different service centers (TSC our previous zone) and current VSC zone at the same time. My wife's derivative status I-485 is pending and we need to apply to TSC. But TSC sent her application back stating she should apply to VSC and we here no response from VSC for her application to VSC.
 
EAD Receipt Number

Hi,
I filed my I-485/AP/EAD on 12/9/04.
So far I received I-485/AP receipt number.
But not EAD receipt number.

What should I do in this case?
Is there any time frame to get EAD receipt number?

the time frame is a normal distribution with mean 3 months and a standard deviation of 3 years
 
waiting.

I file my I-485/I-765/I-131 on the 14/oct 04 recieve receipt on 18/nov FP on 23/nov 04 recieve interview letter 2/dec 04 for march 05.
