EAD pending for more than 75 Days

I am still waiting for EAD. Any body in the same boat.
Can I collect EAD on 91st day from Chicago local INS office.
If so what documents I need to carry.

My I-765 receipt says it takes 90 to 120 days for processing.

Yes, if you do not have an RFE by the 90th day you can. Check with your lawyer about documents for proof.
 
Interim EAD

YES you can get Interim EAD from the Chicago Office, it is located on 10 W Jackson Ave on the second floor. I took all my reciepts (140/765/485) and identification (such as Passport) and they issued me and my wife an EAD valid for 3 months.

I would not personally go for the interim EAD unless it is absolutely necessary . because the interim EAD is issued only for 6 months. this is what i heard from my friends.so talk to lawyer before you go this direction.
