EAD Pending for an Year

HI

I applied EAD on my own an year ago.First i applied to the wrong service center, so it got transferred to Nebraska.Then i got RFEs asking for copy of 140 etc,. My attorney sent all required docs at end of Feb03.But the status did not change since then.It seems like they completely forgot about it, because there is no indication that it has been touched at all, no more RFE or any correspondence.My wife applied at the same time and she had no problem, its been time for her EADs renewal and yet mine does not show up. Anyone can info me about any experience that can help me know how to proceed now?

If you feel $120 is not important, file again properly ASAP. Then enquire about the old case. You might get approved for new one before they care about old one. My opinion.
 
Get AN Imterim EAD

i will advised you to go to your local office with all the receipt that you have from USCIS sevice center, you should be able to get an interim employment authorization document because of the long period you have waited.

try this and good luck bring your I 140 approval and a copy of the I 485 pending

Thanks a lot for the response. One question though. Will there be any problem if i re-apply for the EAD when my old EAD petition is still pending?
