Applied for EAD online last week done with the biometrics
previous EAD/AP is valit till June ,Is it ok to travel if the EAD is pending .Planning to leave next week due to family emergency

AP is required to travel, not EAD. If AP is pending then you shouldn't travel.

since you have valid AP till june
you can freely come back using that before it expires.
EAD is not required for reentering.
