Ead, Parol Renewal - Help Wanted !!!

I wanted renew my EAD, Parol myself (w/o going through attorneys). Could anyone help,

EAD::::

- Cover leter
- Application Form
- 2 photos per new standard
- Application fee of $175 payable to "Department of Homeland Security"
- Passport and I-94 copy
- I-485 receipt notice copy
- I-140 approval copy
- Previous EAD & EAD mailer copy
- Marriage certificate copy
- Driver's License Copy
 
For EAD U need to send nothing if U are doing online... U need to go do the biomatrics code 2...

For AP send photo + reciept ( that U get after U apply online)

When U do online EAD it will ask U if U want to continue doing AP also .. so its easy and have Ur credit card ready.

Hi, ASK2, go to http://www.immigrationportal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=31 for the "sticky" article "EAD/AP (paper based) cover letter and checklist" for a reference.

I did that for my wife 1.5 months ago, haven't been processed yet, otherwise I would give you my list to use :) But I don't expect to have much problem.

If you are applying for the dependent spouse, make sure to enclose an approved I-140 for primary, receipt of I-485 for dependent, and a marriage cert.

If you want to save some $$ for your passport style photos, I just bought a passport software and it works great, and if you take a digital picture with white or off-white background, send it to me and I can use my software to process it for free for you. :) I wil send a 4X6 size of image (with 6 photos next to each other) back to you, and you can take it to Walmart to have it printed for 20 cents only. Just send me a private message with your email address.
