EAD or H1B??? look at this case

Hi,

I was just abroad and received my H1B on my passport with this current employer, for until 2008.

I applied for AOS (got married) 3months ago and I just received my EAD yesterday.

The EAD says it expires in 1year.

How am I supposed to "use" it?

1) Am I supposed to give it to my current employer

2) If I want to get a new job, I would have to show my EAD probably, but then what am I supposed to say to the employer about the expiration date. Is it renewable automatically?

3) If I want a second job, on the side of the current one. Can I keep the H1B with the current one, and use EAD with the other one.

4) I'm going on vacation abroad in June. How should I come back in? With what status and what should I show.

I hope you can answer to my questions.

DO NOTHING unless you want to abandon your H1B.

Optional. you can use EAD and send renew application yearly.
OR
H1B transfer with 3 years period if you have not reached your 6 years yet.

3) If I want a second job, on the side of the current one. Can I keep the H1B with the current one, and use EAD with the other one.
No Once you use EAD, your H1B is void.

4) I'm going on vacation abroad in June. How should I come back in? With what status and what should I show.
H1B stamp is good enough if you have not use your EAD yet.
