I know that this horse has been beaten to death, but because of the layoff situation in my company and because the questions keep plaguing me, I just wanted to make I know the answers before I apply for an EAD. I think I know the answers to the first 2 questions, but any insight is welcome.
My ND is 12/2000(180 days have passed since that).
Now for the questions:
1) If I apply for an EAD and not use it, can I still travel on the H-1 visa?
2) If I apply for an EAD and not use it, can I get married and add the spouse to the 485 process?
3) If, in the worst case scenario, I have to use the EAD, can I get married and add the spouse to the 485 process?
