EAD online take longer?

My wife applied 1st EAD renewal online at Feb 18, 2004, 1 week after that she went to local office to take pic and finger print.

Still not approved yet. Anyone in the same boat? Does the online application take even longer than the normal application sent by US post?

Any one applied online in Feb get approved?
