EAD on L1B or L1A

Hi,
I am on L2 visa. My husband is on L1 B visa.
I applied for the EAD online in April 2008.
I got biometrics appointment in may 2008.
After biometrics i was waiting for EAD. But its status was pending.
My husbands company filed L1A visa . In sep 2008 we went to india for L1A visa, and came back on

L1A visa at the end of sep2008.
After coming back I received letter from USCIS. They asked for required further evidence.
Copies of
1. I-94 front and back copies of both ( mine and husbands )
2. I-797 current petition of both
3. All passport pages copies of both

Now what should i do ?
I called to their helpline numbers but they don'y know about this ?
To whom should I contact ?

I applied on L1b petition but current petition is for L1A.
And current I94 is also for L1A.

1. Which I 94 details i need to send ?
2. Which petition of husband should i send ? previous(L1b) or current(L1a) ?

Pls reply fast , m having only 3 days to send the papers.
 
1. Send copies of current I-94 (the one you have in your passports now).
2. Send a copy of both I-797.
