EAD number not found in web

I got my EAD renewal receipt with number EAC-03-065-53xxx and receive date of Dec 26, 2002. I can check the status by calling the Vermont INS phone number, but when I check it on the web, I get an error message (something like EAC number not found, ....). Anybody get the same problem?

My EAD with RD of Dec 18th and ND of Dec 26th also gives the same message
