Hi

I have EAD with Late Nov'2003 RD. and still waiting. Do i have to contact senetor or congressman/woman for even EAD.If so iam from New York who should i contact. This is so frustrating

Did u have a RFE on I140 or something? anyway you can call up the 1800 number and open a query for you case. Make sure you have the receipt with you as they ask you ur EAC# and your A# apart from your 140 receipt number, 485 receipt number and AP receipt number.

485 filed after 140 approval

My 485 was filed after 140 approval..that too 2 months after 140 approval. And this is not my first EAD ..this is lEAD RENEWAl

already have iEAD

Hi

I already have iEAD valid for 6months..But the question is if this goes on like this , it gets more complicated. Without the actual EAd, you can not apply for another renewal to VSC again and if iEAD time also expires..iam not sure what to do.. Thats why i want to see if there is anything that can be done. Whether to contact vsc directlry or take senetor's help. I hope i get 485 approval instead of all this. BTW of my 485 RD is Dec 2002.
