My EAD Will expire on JAN-06-2004 , so i did visit the local INS office in norfolk , actualy they were nice and they did give me a 6 months iterim EAD. even with an RFE issued on my EAD.
RD AUG-07-2003.
RFE received DEC-05-2003.
The funny thing about it when i contacted my local congressman , about the delay on my EAD, they did contact BCIS and BCIS issued an RFE which was a copy of my I-94. which i did submit with my EAD request the first time.
Its obvious BCIS is acting like humpty dumpty !!!
