EAD need help

we r a couple from india.My husband got laid off immediatly after applying for i-140.he got new job with in one week.And we got our ead but we did not use it.Now we came to know that our I-140 got approved in may 2005 .But now i am applying to medical residency in us.I need to use my ead.can i use my ead if anyone know about this please let me know.And do we need to maintain the same address until our I-485 got approved.

of course you can use your EAD for any jobs as long as it doesn't expire. If it does, then your husband has to file I-765 EAD for you given the fact he can file I-485. If not, then it's no way to get EAD considering the retrogression as of Oct. 2005.

No you don't have to maintain the same address. If you move you should file AR-11 for the change of address.
