EAD need help and advice

we r a couple from india.My husband got laid off immediatly after applying for i-140.he got new job with in one week.And we got our ead but we did not use it.Now we came to know that our I-140 got approved in may 2005 :) .But now i am applying to medical residency in us.I need to use my ead.can i use my ead if anyone know about this please let me know.And do we need to maintain the same address until our I-485 got approved.

The current trend is to get I-485 approval as quick as possible Oct, nov, dec maybe.Once you use EAD the H1B status becomes invalid, hold on to some more time until say Oct then I-140+ 6 mnths which is safe.

But again I 'm not a lawyer please do consult an attorney whom you trust well. :cool:
