EAD with ND of 3/3/2004 was approved on 5/21/04 (VSC Paper filing). The online message says that the application has been approved and a new card has been ordered and will be sent as soon as it is ready. The message has been the same since the last 1 week and never changed. Is it normal not to send a card even after a week of approval?
How long does it take to change to "We sent a new card blah blah blah.."?
