EAD Name wrong.....

Hi All,

Could someone please tell me the following scenario will be a problem in future. Me and my wife filed I-140 & 485 sep 2004 and we got EAD on Dec 2004. My question is.

In my wife EAD we seen there are spelling mistake in her first name and last name, will it be a problem if we don't fix it. If so can someone tell me how to fix this problem.

You have to call USCIS customer Support line. You have to fix this problem. Since this is USCIS fault, they should be fixing it without any charge and will send you the new EAD cards.
