ead name corection - phone option -? Please

Hi

I filed my ead and got notice of action.

But names printed wrongly.

I am trying to contact INS 1800-375-5283 and selected option 1 for english and option 2 for case status and tryingt to slect for related my issue.

But not able to select and not reaching from other options.

Please some one can help me how to solve this issue.
I search the form but I didn't get phone option to choose.

They would not be able to help you over the phone. All they will tell you is that, you have to refile the paperwork. I had the same problem, but with me the birthdate was incorrect. I called the 1-800-375-5283 and was told that the person that sent in my paperwork had to re-sent it. So I contacted my lawyer and here is what he did:
- He sent back my card (with the wrong birthdate)
-Also sent in a copy of the original form I-765 (to prove that the mistake was theirs and not his), otherwise I had to repay the $340 for the new card.
- He also sent a letter explaining why he is sending back the card (wrong birthdate, blah, blah).
He sent it out 10/21 and I received my new card in the mail 11/10.
