I have few queries related to EAD, iam in US on L2 and yet to apply for EAD
1.For L2, is EAD a Must to work ? as there were some websites indicating its not required now.
2. Does one SSN gets after EAD Approval ? I already have SSN and i was told this wont be issued unless one has EAD. if this is true i have no idea why i was given SSN when i applied
3. I have also applied for H1B which is likely to be approved by Sept 07 to start working from Oct 07 ,my Question here with my current EAD is can i start working directly with H1-B from Oct 07
or need to move out of US for stamping ? Guess if i dont have EAD i can start working directly Please clarify.
