Ead Just Received!!!

Details: Both my husband\'s and my I-485 have a receipt date of Feb 1/02. Our 6 receipts (485/765/131)all went directly to our lawyer. We never got courtesy copies in the mail. Both of our AP\'s were also sent directly to our lawyer. Both of our EAD\'s arrived today (April 9/02)in our (not our lawyer\'s) mail. The EADs are dated April 5/02. Those waiting for EADs check your personal mail each day. The new stats released last week by TSC are correct in that they are now up to Feb 15/02.

That is good news. Do you know if AVM was updated? Thanks.

The new processing times are highly inaccurate, as many people in this forum are waiting for EADs from January.

I have not been able to get through to AVM. Incidentally, the EADs came from Kentucky.

The only other February approval on the tracker is for an EB1 as well.

My RD and ND both are 01/04/2002 and I did not receive EAD yet. I am trying to get interim EAD.

looks like they gave wrong info on dates, according to KenH, his/her EAD approved

today, but RD/ND is 02.13.2002. Mine was 02.11.2002 and still not approved. Let\'s wait for another week.
