EAD: Jim, Jaxen all gurus

i receive my EAD approval. No rfe on 140 before EAD approval but 140 decision still pending. If I work on EAD and get 140 RFE, will that invalidate EAD for the time the RFE is responded and decided upon? Gurus help.

The EAD will be invalidated only if I-140 is denied. Any pending RFE should not be a problem provided you respond to the RFE in time
