EAD Issues

Hello,

I filed for Ead in October Along with my I485. To date i (1/06/02) don't have a reciept for anything. This was all done at TSC. It has been 11 weeks (Aprox).

Question:
1. How do i find out what going on?
2. will Ins be able to give me any informaion over the phone without a reciept or do i wait?

Any advise would help

You should have got receipt within 2-3 weeks. Have you filed thru lawywer or own? They might have sent to lawyer in case of lawyer.

Yes i do have an attorney, but they do not have a status update for me. Thet have not recieved any reciepts from INS.

My attoney filed I-130/I-485 and EAD in september, File was sent back to them requesting a medical exam. I went for medical exam and it was all re-submitted.

I thought i should have heard something From INS by now but nothing.
