Can anyone guide me ??

My Wife EAD is expiring on August 10th 2005. Because of poor planning we filed for extension very late i.e., June 27th 2005.
She is working as a Full Time Employee in one of the companies in TN.
My question will be Can I get Interim EAD before August 10 th 2005.
As the rule is we can apply Interim EAD after 90 days.

iEAD is given for those applicants whose cases are not approved within 3 months.
These are issued by local uscis office
