Hi, I had one question if anybody could give guidance on. We applied for the GC in September last year. My application was as a dependent on my husband's application. I received my EAD in Jan. 2004, however my husband still hasn't received his. However, our I 140 and APs have been approved. Is this a serious issue or not. Also, if anybody has come across a similar situation, please advise. Thanks in advance!
