EAD issue

Hi friends,
I receive five documents from my lawyer.I am going to apply 485 soon.
documnets are,
1.I-485
2.I-131
3.I-134
4.I-9003IRS
5.I-765.
6.G325A
    so there is no EAD documents.I need any exstra documents for EAD purpose.

Hi,
   Can somebody please tell me what is the latest version( edition) for the form I-765 (EAD),
   because my lawyer has sent me the version date 4-25-95. Is this correct form.
