EAD is pending for 120 days from NSC.

My first EAD is pending for 120 days. No EAD and no RFE so far. Please suggest on what should I do next.

I got my (renewal) second EAD Card on Dec 22nd 2003. My RD was Nov 4th 2003.
My SVC is NSC. Ask your lawyer to call the service center and enquire.
