My lawyer filed my case I-485 (EB2) in August, in September the lawyer told me that my photograph needs to be retaken, I re-took them and resubmitted to INS in end of September.
Now more than a month has passed, I haven't received anything except finger print notice. I saw all other cases submitted around the same time have been issued EAD and AP soon after they submitted their case, what happened to my case? Any advice will be appreciated.
