My am one of the unfortunate ones who 485 is still pending (WAC-02-120--5XXXXX). My old company filled bankruptcy in march 2003 ( by that time my 485 has been pending more than 1 year) so I have join another company but in WA state. The new company's attorney has applied for my EAD (Lin-03-157-5XXXX) in NSC instead of CSC. On june 23 NSC has transferred my case to CSC. My existing EAD is expiring on July 9th. The 90 day count on new EAD will complete on July 14th.
Now the new company is planning to apply for H1B under premium processing, next week. Considering the above situation can I go to work after July 9th ?? or I should wait for H1B approval ?? or Get iEAD on july 14th and start working ??? Will the new H1B application void my I-485 application since the employer I intend to work will be different in H1B application ?? The new company didn't file AC21 documents yet.
Please share your views, what is best for me to do ???
