EAD is 97 days past RD. What Do I DO?

My current EAD expires NOV 14th however I reapplied in June 2006 and got a RD of June 15th 2006. This would make my 4th EAD.
I have done my FP too (July 15th) but I have not received my EAD since then and the last update shows June 20th 2006 online. I plan to use an infopass to go talk to them and also get an iEAD - btw, I hear the interim EAD is being discontinued come OCT 1. I have made an infopass appt for Tues, Sep 26th 2006.

Please let me know if there's anything else I should be doing to expedite this. Someone mentioned a premium processing - would this apply in my case?
 
Addition - MY LUD on 485/130 is sep 06 - Generic cancellation notice

Also the LUD on my 485/130 shows that it was last updated on Sept 6th 2006. Is says:

Current Status:

The interview scheduled in this case has been canceled. You will be notified if the interview is rescheduled. - We had not received an interview notice.

I have seen that this is a generic message from other's posting, and that it may (1) Be related to my recent FP; or (2) As a result that my file may be in the process of being transfered to CSC (from MSC) - my lawyer had requested this in Aug. since they had not done so as they stated during our May 2005 AOS interview (see timeline)

Any insights if this may have something to do with the unusually lenghty EAD processing for my case?
