EAD in Vermont

I just saw the following post in one of the forums. Can anyone who has filed I-140/485/EAD/AP (either concurrently or before 140 was approved) in Vermont please tell their experience?

I am not sure about the other BCIS Service centers, but CSC has made it clear that they will not issue EAD untill the I-140 is approved.

Concurrent Filings

Applications for Advance Parole and Employment Authorization (EAD) will not be adjudicated until the underlying Employment Based Visa Petition (I-140) is approved. However, if the EAD application is pending for more than 90 days and no Request for Evidence (RFE) has been issued on the underlying I-140 OR a response to an RFE has been filed more than 90 days, the individual may go to the local BCIS office to apply for an interim EAD card.

I don’t think pending 140 approvals will affect EAD /AP (Unless there is a RFE for 140).

Best wishes,
Vengat

Can one file for I-140 in Vermont and go to a local office in California to get his EAD after 90 days?
