EAD in NYC

how many times does the uscis have to update my case (i-765) before they send me an approval. i have been waiting for 90 days now and i haven't recieve anything from them, the only thing i see them do is update the case online which they did 4 times. can somebody help me? thanks in advance!

I do not think the number of LUDs on your EAD case is related to your EAD approval. I got mine after like 8-9 LUDs and even after I recieved my EAD, I still have LUD on my I765.

Since it already passed 90 days, you can make INFOPass appointment with your local DO and get a iEAD.
