Here is my situation: I graduated with a bachelor's degree in February 2006, I am on OPT and my Employment Authorization Card expires in February 19th 2007. I am currently working as " Graphic Designer " for this wealthy employer in Las Vegas and he is willing to do anything to help me stay working for his company and change my status.
I spoke with a lawyer who informed me that the annual cap had been reached for H1-B visas and that i would not be able to apply for one at this time.
Is there any way for me to apply for a renewal of my Work Permit, if not which Visa should i apply for and what forms should i have my boss fill out.
