EAD - I94 question

I am using H1 and my wife is using EAD from our green card
application. She has the F1 I-94. She already graduated. So
the F1 I-94 is not valid. She is not on H4. She needs to renew her
EAD. What I-94 does she need to submit? Thanks in advance.
